At Retail Agenda, every order leaves our hands with one goal — getting your new pieces to you as fast and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know before you place your order. This policy may be updated at any time, and any changes will always be reflected on this page.

Order Processing

We move quickly. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away. The moment it ships, your tracking details land in your inbox — so you always know exactly where your order is.

Please note that during high-volume periods, sale events, and bank holidays, processing may take a little longer than usual. We will always keep you informed.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Orders under £149.00 — flat rate of £5.95
  • Orders of £149.01 and above — free shipping, automatically applied at checkout

No hidden fees. No surprises. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. All timeframes run Monday through Friday and are estimates — occasional delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or other factors beyond our control may affect your delivery window.

Where We Ship

Retail Agenda currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent directly to your email. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

You can also follow your delivery in real time on our Order Tracking page — just enter your order number and email address to get a live update on your parcel's location.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Retail Agenda cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at help@retailagenda.co.uk and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at help@retailagenda.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the carrier immediately and keep you updated every step of the way until it is resolved.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, things happen that are outside of our control. Retail Agenda is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses were provided at checkout
  • Carrier or logistical delays
  • Severe weather conditions or natural events
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
