Refund policy

Your order should be exactly what you expected. If it is not, we are already on it. At Retail Agenda, every return is handled with honesty and speed — because that is the only way we know how to do it. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@retailagenda.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos or documents showing the issue — our support advisor requires these to review and approve your request. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email address. Pack your item securely, drop it off at your nearest carrier location, and hold onto your receipt. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly.

Return Shipping

Online returns carry a flat fee of £5.00 deducted from your refund — no upfront payment required. In-store returns at our London location are completely free — no label, no fee, no hassle. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Retail Agenda covers the full return shipping cost at no charge to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The £5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total for online returns. In-store returns receive a full refund with no deductions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is not right, contact us immediately at help@retailagenda.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond promptly and resolve it with a replacement or full refund — and we cover all return shipping costs in these cases. You will not pay a penny.

Order Cancellations

You have 12 hours from the time of placing your order to request a cancellation. Email us immediately at help@retailagenda.co.uk with your order number. Once your order has been processed or handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items restricted for hygiene or safety reasons
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
