Do you ship internationally? No — Retail Agenda ships to UK addresses only at this time.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link by email. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can also check your delivery status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
What is your order cut-off time? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. During sale events or peak periods, processing may take a little longer — we will always keep you informed.
My order has not arrived — what do I do? Contact us at help@retailagenda.co.uk and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately and keep you updated until it is resolved.

How long do I have to return an item? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Our support advisor will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email.
How much does return shipping cost? Online returns carry a flat fee of £5.00 deducted from your refund — no upfront payment required. In-store returns at our London location are completely free. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the full return shipping cost at no charge to you.

What condition must my item be in to qualify for a return? Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached, returned in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
What items cannot be returned? Final sale items, items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear, items restricted for hygiene or safety reasons, and anything returned after the 30-day window.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do? Contact us immediately at help@retailagenda.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it with a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
